This modality is a must-try if you're looking for TRANSFORMATION! Just make sure you're ready for that and ready to LET GO! Unbelievable combination of breath and music for 3 hours allows you to really go deep. Highly recommended!

Beautiful <3
The workshop by Elissa was so nice and eye-opening to a lot of matters that mothers nowadays think are norms, but are not! Mostly how the mother needs to be taken care of and loved in this very sensitive period of her life after birth. Elissa gives beautiful tips of self-care and love and suggestions and plans of how we should allow others to help us. Her ayurvedic approach is a beautiful addition to this field! I'm glad we have people like her in Lebanon now! <3

kind and loving guidance
I joined Elissa's spring cleanse this year and the results exceeded my expectations. Elissa guided it beautifully, being present and available for questions and support. It’s very rare in life that we meet people who walk the talk, Elissa is one of these few people. She is an inspiration to all the women around her and has walked the talk herself. From a NICU nurse to an Ayurvedic practitioner and Doula, if I were to trust someone, it definitely is her!
