A reset for mind and emotions
This was my first energy healing session, and I will definitely be coming back for more. During the session, I completely disconnected from everything around me. Deep pressure and tension release

Reset for your soul with a compassionate coach ❤️
I really loved my sessions with Samah. I wasn't sure what to expect at the beginning and was nervous at the start, but I knew something needed to change, so I gave it a go... and I am so glad I did. I would really recommend Samah to anyone struggling to find themselves. I needed help with reconnecting to myself. I have always been so organised and disciplined with my time, and suddenly I wasn't... My mental health wasn't in a good place and it was starting to interfere with my work. In four weeks, Samah was able to help me rekindle that sense of self-motivation out of love for myself and my business. She coached me to find that version of myself again that I loved so much and for that, I am eternally grateful. It was such a great reset for my soul and if that's what you need, just jump in. It's always scary at the start but change requires courage to confront the things that aren't working. An exceptional min-body experience.
More than satisfactory. This session helped me gain lots of power at the end, and great mood, it also showed me how much I need to work on my mlbody and mind. I released a lot through breath and somatic exercises. Also the presence of an amazing group helped me feel home and that I could express myself freely.
