Overview
It is for anyone interested in healing a particular discomfort or wanting to feel better in general. The person lies fully clothed on a Reiki table. The practitioner serves as an energy channel for Reiki: by placing their hands in different positions on or above the person's body, the energy automatically flows to the areas of the body that need it. The energy accelerates the body's natural ability to heal itself, thereby restoring its own balance. Reiki does not interfere with any other type of treatment and/or medication and complements well with other therapies. Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief. People who receive Reiki often report various benefits, ranging from physical to emotional and mental improvements. It is recommended, especially for chronic physical pain or conditions, to start with at least four consecutive sessions of Reiki to provide the body with an initial boost of energy, after that, it is recommended to continue with one to two sessions biweekly, depending on the need. It is also possible to attend one session of Reiki healing occasionally for general relaxation.

Farah is a wellbeing practitioner applying and teaching personal growth and complementary healing practices inspired by ancestral healing practices. She helps people reconnect with the hidden insights within them and find their way back to a more empowered and balanced life. She is certified as Reiki master in the traditional Usui system. She is also trained as shamanic counselling practitioner and as conscious breathing practitioner. Farah offers individual complementary healing sessions in addition to group workshops held in circle.
