Group Family Constellations sessions bring together a circle of participants to explore and resolve family patterns affecting one’s life. Family Constellations sessions uncover hidden dynamics within a family system, revealing entanglements that influence emotions, relationships, and life choices. Through guided representation and awareness, participants gain clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of belonging and inner balance. In each session, one person becomes the issue holder—the individual working on a specific personal challenge—while others participate as representatives, stepping into roles within the family system to reveal insights, dynamics, and pathways toward healing and resolution.

Serenity
After attending Family constellation sessions as a participant, i experienced a deep inner transformation. I became calmer and filled with peace and serenity when facing life's challenges . I began to better understand my family members reactions and see them from a more compassionate perspective. Intense Experience
This family constellation with Olga is an intense beautiful experience. Olga facilitates beautifully and is so passionate about what she does. The session dynamics are like you're in a movie, especially if you're just participating in the circle. It's beautiful seeing all the emotional resolutions that have been blocked for maybe decades. I have done many Group Family Constellations in my life. When I started going to Olga's sessions, I so enjoyed helping other with their issues. On November 6, I decided to have a group session. I had issues with sharing my space. In this constellation, the group helped me recognize and see what was the entanglements I still held within my family to feel safe sharing my home. After the session, I started having more friends visiting and my brother is sharing my helaing room for his work. Group sessions are very powerful and the healing is instant and applies on all participants even if they did not get a chance to represent a role in the constellation.
