Overview

Individual dance movement psychotherapy sessions are unique to each person and are developed around your personal needs and goals. You can now book your initial session. What to expect when you book your first session: Your first session will be for us to get to know each other and to discuss what your needs and aspirations are concerning starting a process together. At the end of your first session, you can choose if you would like to book your second session and start working together. In the following sessions we will start further exploring emerging themes and developing clearer therapeutic objectives. We will be co-creating the process together. We can agree on working for a specific number of sessions or leaving the end of our process open for review at a later time.
