Overview
My Somatic Yoga sessions combine gentle somatic exercises with yoga poses to help you reconnect with your body on a deeper level. We begin with grounding breathwork to center and calm the nervous system, followed by mindful movements designed to release stuck energy and stored trauma. Each class flows into therapeutic yoga postures that create space, softness, and awareness within the body. To complete the practice, we close with a specialized 15-minute healing meditation that nurtures emotional release and restores inner balance.
These sessions are designed to help you feel lighter, release and feel more grounded, and connected — body, mind, and spirit.
