Join me for an energizing power flow, in power yoga we focus on building endurance as we flow from one asana to another while focusing on our breath, & is usually a faster paced flow compared to other yoga classes. If you're looking for a slower paced flow then hatha yoga is for you, as we loosen up & improve our balance. All classes will help us improve our mobility, flexibility, & strength.
