Each session is a full-body treatment lasting 60–90 minutes and is tailored to your individual needs and nervous system state. The session is guided by conscious breathwork and begins with a sage cleansing and a brief gratitude ritual to set intention and support regulation. Sweet almond oil infused with lavender essential oil is used for the body, with jojoba oil applied to the face.
