Overview

Shamanic journeying is one way to access the collective unconscious, the universal intelligence, and learn from these other realities. This tool is relatively easy to learn, safe and very effective. It is also open to everyone, regardless of ancestral background, as it is part of our universal humanity. Through shamanic journeying, we regain access to a whole range of learning, guidance, experience, and growth that we bring back with us for practical use in our daily lives. It is also a way to bring healing and balance into the life of all creation on Earth. Participants are introduced to some of the basic principles and techniques of the shamanic practice, and in particular shamanic journeying. We learn to modify our state of consciousness and enter the non-ordinary reality of the spirit worlds with the help of regular drumming. It is in this reality that we can learn to connect with our power, our wisdom and our creativity, to help ourselves and others. We share and explore our various journeys in the circle and learn to understand them more fully and integrate them into our lives. Although the basics of shamanic practice are taught, this workshop is not focused on working with others, but rather aimed at our own personal growth. This introductory workshop is offered in in 4 weekly circles, 3 hours each.

In each circle you get to wander off to a different realm, based on the purpose of the session. Farah Chaaban

Farah is a wellbeing practitioner applying and teaching personal growth and complementary healing practices inspired by ancestral healing practices. She helps people reconnect with the hidden insights within them and find their way back to a more empowered and balanced life. She is certified as Reiki master in the traditional Usui system. She is also trained as shamanic counselling practitioner and as conscious breathing practitioner. Farah offers individual complementary healing sessions in addition to group workshops held in circle.
