Overview

In this weekend-long workshop, the ability to use Reiki is transferred to the student by a Reiki Master, through a process of four “initiations” or “attunements” which open the student to the energy of Reiki. After receiving the Reiki initiations, the person is able to channel the Reiki energy through their hands, and give Reiki either to themselves or others, by placing their hands in particular positions on the body. Reiki energy will flow into the body to the areas of need, supporting and accelerating the body’s natural ability to heal itself, and restoring balance to one’s organism and life. In addition to going through the Reiki initiation process, participants will receive various teachings and practices. At the end of the workshop, they will receive a certificate to practice the first level of Reiki in the lineage of the traditional Usui method.

Farah Chaaban

Farah is a wellbeing practitioner applying and teaching personal growth and complementary healing practices inspired by ancestral healing practices. She helps people reconnect with the hidden insights within them and find their way back to a more empowered and balanced life. She is certified as Reiki master in the traditional Usui system. She is also trained as shamanic counselling practitioner and as conscious breathing practitioner. Farah offers individual complementary healing sessions in addition to group workshops held in circle.
