This session follows the foundational structure of the Ashtanga Primary Series, a dynamic and disciplined sequence of postures designed to purify the body, steady the mind, and cultivate internal focus. With a strong emphasis on breath, movement, and gaze, students are guided through a flowing progression of standing, seated, and finishing poses. Yoga in Sanskrit definition means to unite. To be one. To be one with yourself, your body, mind and others. I started my journey randomly one day in a gym and it slowly expanded from there. I found myself venturing to Rishikesh india and later to Mysore India to explore more and connect with the roots. I finalized my yoga teacher training in lebanon and continue to learn, participating in different workshops and trainings with well known yoga teachers from all around the world. Ive dabbled with embodiment, blindfolded and even sound therapy yoga practices. My teaching style blends structure with intuition, and I specialize in Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Aerial and Yin/Restorative yoga. I bring a grounded, accessible approach to yoga that honors both tradition and personal growth. My goal is to create inclusive, transformative spaces where students feel safe, challenged, and deeply connected to their practice.
