My classes are designed to inspire balance, resilience, and inner peace in a safe and inclusive space. We work on the body (mobility + Yoga) and on the mind.

I began my yoga journey in 2019, drawn to the practice for its calming and grounding effects. What started as a physical outlet soon became a way of life. In 2022, I earned her Yoga Alliance certification. In 2025 , i earned my 50-hr Aerial Yoga Certificate. For me, yoga is more than movement; it is a way of living. It’s a mindset that extends into our daily lives. I believe that every time we step off the mat, we continue to practice yoga through mindfulness, compassion, and presence.
